SYN Rooftop Bar & Lounge Unveils New Seasonal Cocktail Lineup
From maple cinnamon to fig to butter-washed spiced rum, SYN’s latest creations capture the spirit of fall
RESTON, VA - SYN Rooftop Bar & Lounge welcomes fall with a new cocktail menu launching today, Monday, November 3, that blends the essence of autumn with creative mixology and elevated presentations. Featuring flavors like maple cinnamon, matcha, fig, and butter-washed spiced rum, SYN’s cocktail program brings the flavors of fall to every glass.
Under the guidance of Complex Director of Food & Beverage Che McKissic, SYN’s fall cocktail lineup features standout creations such as the Brew La Laaa, a rich blend of vodka, cold brew, banana and maple cinnamon cold foam, the Jade Cloud, a smooth combination of tequila, matcha, sweetened condensed milk and spiced vanilla, and the Fireside Old Fashioned, a mix of bourbon, hazelnut, cardamaro and cinnamon.

Brew La Laaa: Vodka, Cold Brew, Banana, Maple Cinnamon Cold Foam
Jade Cloud: Tequila, Matcha, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Spiced Vanilla
Fireside Old Fashioned: Bourbon, Hazelnut, Cardamaro, Cinnamon
Toasted Cocolada: Butter-Washed Spiced Rum, Coconut, Pineapple, Lime
Smoked Star: Mezcal, Tequila, Fig, Anise
Empress of Syn: Gin, Lavender, Elderflower, Lemon
Honeybee: Vodka, Honey, Chamomile, Lemon
“Autumn is all about warmth, flavor and a little indulgence,” McKissic said. “With this menu, we hope our guests get a taste of fall they won’t forget. Whether you’re enjoying the smokey aroma in the Smoked Star or the silky, buttery notes in the Toasted Cocolada, each cocktail is designed to complement the season and the rooftop experience we have here at SYN in Northern Virginia."
To accompany the new lineup of cocktails, SYN is also featuring a couple new additions to its food menu, including Beef Empanadas with Cilantro Aioli and a Cheese and Charcuterie Board.
