Stillwater & Stone Set to Soft Open in June at The Westin Crystal City
New Restaurant and Bar Introduces A Refined, Social Dining Experience in National Landing
Arlington, VA (June 11, 2026) - Stillwater & Stone, the new land and sea restaurant and bar located inside The Westin Crystal City, will officially open on June 16th, offering a first look at a vibrant new dining destination in the heart of National Landing.
Blending elevated American coastal cuisine with an energetic and welcoming atmosphere, Stillwater & Stone reimagines the traditional hotel dining experience with a concept designed for both travelers and locals alike. Open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner, the restaurant’s culinary program combines chef-driven, globally inspired flavors, centered around a thoughtfully curated land and sea menu.
Featured dishes include the Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon served with herbed ancient grains, charred broccolini, lemon oil, and balsamic glaze; the Roasted Stuffed Jidori Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon with spinach artichoke stuffing, roasted fingerling potatoes, sautéed spinach, and garlic pan jus; and Steak Frites featuring NY Strip, chimichurri, and house-seasoned fries.
