Pisco y Nazca Blooms Into Spring with New Menu and Seasonal Specials

Washington, DC (April 8, 2026) — This Spring, Pisco y Nazca DMV locations are buzzing with the release of its seasonal menu, along with Mother’s Day brunch and graduation specials. The new offerings introduce fresh, vibrant flavors designed to celebrate the many occasions the season brings. Additionally, Pisco y Nazca’s Bethesda location will be celebrating its one-year anniversary with special programming to be announced in the coming weeks.

Beginning Wednesday, April 22nd, guests can indulge in Pisco y Nazca’s 2026 Spring menu at all of its DMV locations. The new menu items will include five signature dishes, one dessert and one cocktail. Pork-driven dishes include the Nikkei Sticky Ribs, caramelized slow-braised pork ribs doused in Nikkei BBQ sauce topped with sesame seeds and scallions for a Peruvian-Japanese fusion, the Choclo con Chicharrón, crispy pork belly tossed in ají amarillo, queso fresco, and creamy leche de tigre, and the Crispy Pork Belly Acevichado, served with ají amarillo, leche de tigre, and chalaquita. Other menu additions include the Ceviche Mediterráneo and the Churrasco and for the featured cocktail, Pink Coconut Breeze. For a sweet treat, the Terremoto de Lúcuma is made with layers of lúcuma dulce de leche mousse, walnut-brownie chunks, and Nutella. To view all menu items visit HERE.

The Peruvian gastrobar is bringing back its Mother’s Day brunch specials for 2026. Opening early on Sunday, May 10th, Pisco y Nazca will offer a $20 gift card for moms to come back and enjoy more bottomless mimosas and sangrias. The classic brunch favorites will be served throughout the day, making it another Mother’s Day to remember. Pisco y Nazca is also looking forward to celebrating 2026 seniors. Available now through April 30th, those who book a party at Pisco y Nazca will either earn a $100 gift certificate with a minimum spend of $1,000 or a $500 gift certificate with a $5,000 spend.
