Later in his career, as Chief People Officer at Millennial Media, Mike led the company’s intensive talent growth after its IPO, strengthening his expertise in scaling talent development, leading teams through transitions, and aligning people and culture to support rapid business growth—assets that will benefit LRA’s future.
