Washington, DC—Atlas Brew Works is excited to announce special programming for the holiday season including beer advent calendars, a new distilled spirit from the team, Saturday ticketed brewery tours, a paws and pints holiday party at Atlas Ivy City, and a New Year’s Eve gathering at Atlas Navy Yard.
Countdown to Christmas with Atlas’ Beer Advent Calendars
Atlas Brew Works is excited to announce the return of its annual beer advent calendars, perfect for a beer aficionado this holiday season. Slated to launch on Black Friday, November 24, the beer advent calendar boxes will be available for purchase for $59.99 and include twelve of Atlas’ beers under numbered panels. Once the beer advent calendar is ordered here, fans will stop by either the Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room or Navy Yard Brewery & Tap Room to pick up their purchase. While each box might have some repeats of the brewery’s most popular styles, every advent calendar will include a mix of Atlas’ core beers, seasonal releases, and other fan favorites. Beer fans are encouraged to get orders in quickly as there are a limited number of advent calendars available.
Sip on The Spirit of Silent Neighbor, a New Distilled Spirit from the Atlas Team
Atlas Brew Works’ Silent Neighbor Stout had an award-winning year complete with winning bronze at the Great American Beer Festival and US Beer Open, and taking home gold at the World Beer Cup. In celebration of a banner year, the brewery team partnered with District Made Spirits on The Spirit of Silent Neighbor ($89.99) for a first-time release of the distilled spirit. Aged in oak barrels for over three years, whiskey fans will revel in this 122-proof smooth spirit with the same complex roastiness of Silent Neighbor Stout. The brewery only bottled a limited number of The Spirit of Silent Neighbor so fans are encouraged to stop by either of the Atlas tap rooms or District Made Spirits’ tasting room and grab one today.
Paws & Pints Holiday Party at Atlas Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room - Friday, December 1 @ 5:30pm
Raise a pint to the holiday season with Kingsman Dog Park’s pals and furry friends. Get in the festive spirit with (ugly) holiday sweaters and pose with Santa at a holiday themed pop-up photobooth, provided by Metro Mutts. Leashed dogs are welcome inside the taproom for the party and light snacks will be provided with food trucks onsite available for purchase. A $10 suggested donation gains entry to the holiday party with other dog lovers to sip on refreshing brews and let the four-legged best friends socialize. Ring in the Near Year at Atlas Navy Yard Brewery & Tap Room - Sunday, December 31 @ 9pm
Celebrate the new year with Atlas Brew Works at its Navy Yard Brewery & Tap Room location from 9pm to 1am on Sunday, December 31. All-inclusive $90 tickets include entry to the event with bottomless draft beers, select wines, and cocktails. Daniel Vilarrubi, Director of Brewing Operations, will dig into the cellar and pull out some limited releases special for the occasion. Enjoy exclusive barrel-aged beers and classic favorites on draft throughout the evening. The full award-winning Andy’s Pizza menu will be available for purchase. Ticketed Brewery Tours at Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room - select Saturdays
Ticketed brewery tours are back at Atlas Brew Works’ Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room location! Book a fun and educational tour to experience the world of craft beer and learn about the brewing process from grain to glass. Tour guests will also learn all about Atlas Brew Works’ unique story and commitment to sustainability. Every tour ticket includes a pint of solar-powered beer and tickets can be purchased here. Upcoming brewery tour dates include December 2, December 9, December 16, December 23, and December 30. Those looking to learn more about the barrel-aging process can sign up for an upcoming Saturday barrel-aged class on November 18 and November 25.
