WHAT: Bulla Gastrobar Plano (6007 Legacy Dr, Ste 180) is extending its popular weekend brunch through Labor Day, giving guests one more opportunity to gather, indulge, and kick off the holiday with a leisurely Spanish-inspired meal. Brunch will be available all weekend beginning Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Guests looking for a delicious way to end their long weekend can enjoy a three-course, prix fixe brunch menu featuring a selection of Bulla fan-favorites and elevated takes on classic brunch dishes. The menu features an assortment of tapas, starting with the refreshing Andalusian Gazpacho, a Spanish chilled vegetable soup, and hearty brunch entrees, including the Bulla Benedict, Brunch Paella, or Chef’s Board, which offers a generous selection of Spanish cheeses and charcuterie, including tetilla, manchego, Serrano ham, chorizo, caramelized walnuts, and marinated olives.
