Pisco y Nazca DC Toasts to 7 Years with Anniversary Specials on September 16th
WHAT: Pisco y Nazca’s DC location is proud to celebrate its 7th Anniversary this year with exciting specials for guests to celebrate. On Tuesday, September 16th, the Peruvian restaurant will be celebrating with half off Pisco Sours all day, a free Chaufa tasting on the patio during happy hour (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.), a $50 gift card raffle, and more surprises throughout the day.

Chef Partner Mauricio Chirinos and Managing Partner Jose Martin are thrilled to celebrate this milestone, especially with the team’s most recent achievements. During Peru Independence Day this past July, Chirinos accepted the Recognition for the Promotion and Diffusion of Peruvian Culture in the United States Award, presented by the Embassy of Peru on behalf of Pisco y Nazca.
Chef Partner Mauricio Chirinos, who joined Centurion Restaurant Group in 2018 at the Doral, FL location, proudly relocated to the nation’s capital to continue sharing his culinary expertise. “This year has been the best year yet with Pisco y Nazca,” said Chirinos. “Being born and raised in Peru and having the honor to share my culture with the DC community is a dream come true.”
In 2020, Jose Martin became Managing Partner of Pisco y Nazca, bringing more than 20 years of international experience in restaurant management and hospitality. “For me, it’s about more than food; it’s about sharing our culture, building community, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience that truly reflects the spirit of Peru,” said Martin. “In my six years with Pisco y Nazca, I’ve also had the honor of contributing to the growth of the brand with new openings in Reston, VA, and Bethesda, MD.”
