4/6: Dyngus Day DC at Atlas Bridge District Brewery & Tap Room

WHAT: Atlas Brew Works is excited to announce Dyngus Day DC will return on Monday, April 6, at its Bridge District Brewery & Tap Room location. The traditional Polish holiday, celebrated on Easter Monday, marks the end of Lent with festive customs like splashing water and playfully tapping friends with pussywillow branches. Guests can join in the fun with squirt guns and pussywillow branches provided on-site. The complimentary celebration will also feature live polka music from Baltimore’s TKO Band starting at 6pm.

Those looking to pregame before the Washington Nationals take on the St. Louis Cardinals across the river at Nationals Park are in luck, as festivities will kick off at 3pm with food and beer to enjoy. Attendees are invited to sip a special Dyngus Day Lager for the occasion. Pair the limited release lager with traditional food offerings like pierogies and kielbasa, and shop specialty Dyngus Day merch including t-shirts, koozies, buttons, and more.
