Pisco y Nazca’s New Fall Menu
WHAT: Launching on Wednesday, October 8th, Pisco y Nazca is excited to release its freshly curated fall menu. The seasonal menu will include five dishes, one dessert, one cocktail and one mocktail in addition to its everyday menu. Starting off with a brand new cocktail: the Dulce Pecado offers a blend of bourbon, and scotch and a touch of pineapple for a smooth, layered delight. For mocktail enthusiasts, the Inca Sol is made with a pineapple spiced syrup, Inca Kola and coconut for a fizzy twist on Peru’s classic drink. To comfort the belly, the Sopa Criolla, a beef and noodle soup, is perfect for a filling, warm start to the meal. For seafood lovers, highlights include the Ceviche Apaltado, Sweet and Spicy Lo Mein, Picante de Camarones and Tiradito Nikkei. To end the meal on a sweet note, the Cheesecake de Maracuyá is a velvety passion fruit cheesecake topped with a deliciously tangy, smooth compote. Guests can try the new fall menu at all three of Pisco y Nazca’s DMV locations  –  Washington DC (1823 L Street NW), Bethesda (2 Bethesda Metro Center) and Reston (1871 Explorer St).
