The Dupont Circle Hotel Kicks Off Irish Heritage Month This March
Month-Long Cultural Celebration Featuring Hell’s Kitchen Winner Chef Ryan O’Sullivan, Doyle Spirits Festival, Programming & Performances with the Embassy of Ireland & A Waterford Crystal Collaboration
Washington, DC – The Dupont Circle Hotel will launch its month-long celebration of Irish Heritage Month, positioning the property as Washington DC's cultural home for contemporary Irish hospitality. The programming spans culinary takeovers, immersive Irish spirit tastings, live music and performances, a Waterford Crystal collaboration, and additional programming in partnership with the Embassy of Ireland, throughout March.
The Dupont Circle Hotel is the sole American property of The Doyle Collection, an Irish family-owned luxury hotel group, and serves as a stateside showcase by blending Irish heritage with the cultural vibrancy of DC, delivering a sophisticated stay rooted in modern design and the warmth of Irish hospitality.

CHEF RYAN O’SULLIVAN CULINARY TAKEOVER AT THE PEMBROKEMarch 6–7 | 5–10 p.m.
The hotel will mark the beginning of Irish Heritage Month with a two-night culinary takeover on March 6 and 7 at The Pembroke by Chef Ryan O’Sullivan, champion of Hell's Kitchen Season 22.
Born in Cork, O’Sullivan began his career at The Doyle Collection’s River Lee hotel before earning global recognition under Gordon Ramsay. The multi-course menu will feature a lobster ravioli inspired by his mother’s home cooking, a veal dish praised by Ramsay as “one of the best dishes” in the show’s history and the chef’s take on the iconic sticky toffee pudding.

DOYLE SPIRITS FESTIVAL March 28 | Timed Entry at 5 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. | The Dupont Circle Hotel
The inaugural Doyle Spirits Festival will offer a walk-around tasting experience featuring 15 leading and emerging Irish distillers, including Redbreast, Dingle, Jameson, Teeling, Green Spot, Powers, Roe & Co, Slane, Tullamore D.E.W., Boatyard Gin, Wilde Irish Gin and Skellig, along with Irish-inspired bites.
Guided tastings will explore traditional and modern techniques, from Single Pot Still whiskey to coastal botanical gins. As guests sip across Ireland’s cities and coastlines, they will enjoy a variety of cultural entertainment, including musical performances curated with the Embassy of Ireland. Guests will also enjoy an interactive Irish language session led by Vivienne Sayers. WATERFORD CRYSTAL PARTNERSHIPThroughout March, The Dupont Circle Hotel will collaborate with Waterford, founded in 1783 and renowned for its crystal craftsmanship. Guests can enjoy the Crimson Quay, a blend of Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey, Fonseca Tawny Port, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters. This signature cocktail at Doyle Bar will be served in Waterford’s iconic Lismore martini glass.
THE PEMBROKE AND DOYLE BAR SIGNATURE OFFERINGSAdditional programming throughout the month includes Tasting Tuesdays at Doyle Bar and Irish-inspired menu features including seafood chowder, Guinness bread, Irish coffee and other specialty offerings. The Pembroke will be offering their curated Irish Wine Geese collection and Irish-inspired cocktail menu throughout the month of March.
