SYN Rooftop Bar & Lounge Reston Expands Weekend Brunch Experience
Mimosa flights and cocktail towers join the regular weekend brunch lineup
RESTON, VA - SYN Rooftop Bar & Lounge Reston is expanding its ongoing weekend brunch experience with the launch of new interactive brunch beverages, debuting Saturday, January 24th and Sunday, January 25th. The expanded brunch beverage lineup now includes Cocktail Towers – a selection of large-format cocktails brought directly to the table – and a curated, hands-on Sip & Share Mimosa Program, made for sharing, group get-togethers, and easy customization.
SYN’s new Sip & Share Mimosa Program brings a bottle of Cava and an unlimited selection of juices — including cranberry, orange and pineapple plus a rotating weekly juice like guava, papaya, watermelon, peach, mango and more — straight to the table. Guests can mix and customize their own mimosas while finishing them with dehydrated oranges and two rotating in-house fruits.

For larger parties or for guests looking to try something new, SYN also adds large-format cocktails to its weekend brunch lineup. The Cocktail Towers, brought directly to the table, feature a choice of three specialty cocktails, each designed to serve three to six guests.
Featured creations include:
Peach Berry: coconut rum, tequila, creme de violette, peach puree, pineapple and a coconut blueberry lavender foam
Big Honey Bee: vodka, lemon chamomile and honey
SYN Spritzy: gin, elderflower, lemon raspberry and cava
Brunch at SYN also features a menu of standout dishes, including a cornflake-crusted French Toast topped with coffee butter and fresh mixed berries. Other highlights include the Caramelized Onion & Spinach Quiche, made with gruyere cheese, topped with a frisée salad dressed in a honey-lime vinaigrette, as well as the Huevos Rancheros, with sunny side eggs served with refried beans, avocado, and topped with a tomato sauce and cotija cheese.
Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. atop the AC Hotel & Residence Inn by Marriott Reston, offering year-round rooftop dining in Northern Virginia. Reservations can be made through SYN’s website HERE.
