Savor Bold Flavors and Cool Vibes from Pisco y Nazca’s Seasonal Summer Menu!
WHAT: Pisco y Nazca is thrilled to kick off the summer with a brand new seasonal menu on Tuesday, July 1st. The menu will include five dishes, one dessert, and one cocktail, to be served in addition to its everyday menu. Pisco y Nazca will be launching the menu at all three of its DMV locations – Washington DC (1823 L Street NW), Bethesda (2 Bethesda Metro Center) and Reston (1871 Explorer St).

Starting on a refreshing note, guests can enjoy the vibrant Summertime Blush, a beautiful pink cocktail crafted with tequila, Aperol, Coco Lopez, and lime. The Antichicho de Carne en Salsa Romesco is bold and savory, made with grilled beef tenderloin and leeks, potatoes, choclo, then doused in anticuchera sauce. Cordero Con Raviolis includes ricotta ravioli topped with braised lamb. Seafood lovers can indulge in Parihula de Mariscos, a traditional Peruvian seafood soup with corvina filet, mussels, shrimp and calamari, along with Tiradito mediterráneo, thinly sliced corvina laid on top of a piquillo pepper leche de tigre, and Quinoa Acevichada made of ahi tuna, cherry tomatoes, sweet potato purée, leche de tigre topped with avocado and ají limo. To end on a sweet note, guests can enjoy Torrija Limeña, a warm caramelized brioche topped with vanilla ice cream, covered in miel de chancaca, a traditional Peruvian spiced syrup.
