DaBo Burger Unveils The Jalapeño Smash LTO for National Burger Month This May
WHAT: DaBo Burger is introducing a new smash burger, The Jalapeño Smash ($10.95), in celebration of National Burger Month this May. Available exclusively at the Bridge District location, Chef Elias Taddesse’s limited-time creation features a jalapeño-smashed patty with pepperjack cheese, charred tomato salsa, and lemon thyme aioli, and will be offered throughout the month.
Guests can pair the burger with award-winning beer from Atlas Brew Works, including the brewery’s 2026 World Beer Cup gold medal-winning Bullpen Pilsner, also available at the Atlas Bridge District Brewery & Tap Room. Atlas Bridge District offers a weekday happy hour from 3pm to 6pm, Mondays through Fridays, where guests can enjoy a regular, single patty DaBo Burger with any standard pint for $14.99 as well as $6 select drafts.
