Capitano Launches New Weekend Brunch Menu at The Wharf
WASHINGTON, DC – Capitano is officially bringing brunch to the table with the debut of its new weekend brunch service, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m beginning on Saturday, July 11. The new offering introduces a fresh take on Italian-inspired daytime waterfront dining on The Wharf.
The brunch menu blends comforting brunch staples with Capitano’s signature Italian flavors, featuring everything from indulgent breakfast dishes to handcrafted pizzas and pastas.
Guests can start their mornings with dishes like Lemon Ricotta Pancakes topped with blueberries, Brioche French Toast with cookie crumbles and fresh fruit, or the Tuscan Shrimp and Grits made with roasted tomatoes, aged parmesan and chicken sausage. Traditional brunch favorites including Egg Benedict and Smashed Avocado Toast round out the menu.
Capitano’s brunch also introduces savory Italian-inspired lunch offerings, including Beef Bolognese, Shrimp Alfredo and Chicken Cavatappi alongside signature pizzas like the Spicy Diavolo, Classic Margherita and Crispy Pepperoni topped with ricotta, caramelized onions and basil. Fresh salads including Caesar, Fennel-Arugula and Tomato Mozz complete the experience.
