Renowned Chef Angela Rose Will Lead the Hotel’s Three Well-Respected Kitchens

Washington, DCAC Hotel Washington DC Capitol Hill Navy Yard is proud to announce the appointment of new Executive Chef Angela Rose. Chef Rose will lead Smoke & Mirrors, the luxurious rooftop bar boasting city views, the AC Lounge, the first-floor bar serving craft cocktails and Spanish-inspired tapas, and the AC Kitchen, where guests can enjoy European-inspired breakfast. 

Chef Rose brings extensive culinary expertise and years of service at highly-rated luxury hotels, including Seattle’s Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Thompson Hotel, and Grand Hyatt. With nearly a decade of experience in the food industry and a culinary degree from the prestigious Seattle Culinary Academy, she is well-equipped to oversee the two kitchens. Most recently, she held the Executive Sous Chef position at the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. Chef Rose plans to combine her considerable culinary knowledge and passion for fresh ingredients to curate the perfect bite every time.

Chef Rose begins her position as Executive Chef this month.
