Pisco y Nazca Launches New Winter Menu and Celebrates Winter Restaurant Week, Dry January, and MLK Day with Special Programming!

WHAT: Pisco y Nazca is kicking off 2026 strong, launching a new winter menu and special promotions for RAMW Winter Restaurant Week, Dry January and Martin Luther King Day. Please see below for the different offerings at Pisco y Nazca’s three DMV locations. 

Pisco y Nazca Launches Seasonal Winter Menu

Pisco y Nazca is ringing in the new year with a brand new winter menu. Beginning next Wednesday, January 14th, guests are invited to enjoy the exclusive seasonal menu items. The menu will feature five new dishes, one dessert and one cocktail. Menu highlights include the Sweet & Sour Shrimp with tempura battered shrimp topped with sauteed bell peppers, grilled pineapple and sweet rocoto sauce and Honey Barbecue Chancho Con Chaufa, pork char síu served on top of chaufa fried rice, topped with a sweet honey sauce. For sweets and drinks, the menu will offer the Lúcuma Rainforest, a sweet chocolate cake crumble made of lúcuma mousse, dulce de leche topped with a quínoa crunch and the Spiced Old Fashioned, bourbon mixed with house made winter spiced syrup, angostura bitters and orange bitters.

Winter Restaurant Week

Pisco y Nazca is excited to participate in the 2026 RAMW Winter Restaurant Week. Beginning Monday, January 19th and running until Sunday, January 25th, guests will have a chance to try the Peruvian restaurant’s specials at a great price point. All three DMV locations will offer coursed menus for brunch, lunch and dinner. For brunch lovers, guests can enjoy a three-course menu with a choice of a traditional or passion fruit mimosa at $35pp. Lunch will offer a two-course menu with two dessert options at $25pp and guests can add the renowned Pisco Sour for an additional $10pp. Pisco y Nazca will also offer a two-course dinner menu with a choice between two house favorite desserts for $40pp with the option to add the Pisco Sour Flight for an additional $15pp.

Dry January Mocktail Offerings

Ring in the new year with Dry January at Pisco y Nazca! Mocktails include the Lychee Passion, Piña Tropical, and Chicha Colada offered at the DC and Bethesda location and the Piña Colada offered at all three DMV locations. Martin Luther King Day Brunch

Pisco y Nazca will be extending brunch through Monday, January 19th. Guests will have a chance to indulge in bottomless mimosas and sangrias for $23 pp alongside the current prix-fixe offerings. To view the full brunch menus please visit the Washington DC, Bethesda and Reston websites.
