dLeña Launches Summer Community Giving Initiatives in DC
Portions of Pride and America250 brunch proceeds to support local charitable organizations
Washington, DC—dLeña is launching a series of community-driven summer initiatives, honoring the LGBTQ+ community during Capital Pride weekend and supporting immigrant communities in celebration of America250. The modern Mexican concept will also hold brunch on Juneteenth and debut a limited-time World Cup cocktail program inspired by Mexico’s host cities throughout the summer.
Enjoy Extended Bottomless Brunch Service on Juneteenth - Friday, June 19
dLeña will extend its bottomless brunch service for Juneteenth on Friday, June 19. From 10am to 3pm, dLeña brunch guests will choose between ordering bottomless food and drinks ($69) or bottomless food ($45) and drinks a la carte. A la carte pricing is also available for food. Give Back to the Latinx LGBTQ+ Community During Pride - Saturday, June 20 & Sunday, June 21
In celebration of Capital Pride Weekend in DC, dLeña will donate a portion of the weekend’s brunch proceeds to the Latinx History Project, educating the public on the rich identities and societal contributions of the Latinx LGBTQ+ community to promote tolerance and acceptance.
From 10am to 3pm on Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21, dLeña brunch guests can enjoy endless plates of unique Mexican-inspired dishes and free-flowing cocktails including mimosas, bloody marias, margaritas, and more. Brunch dishes include enfrijoladas with black bean sauce, scrambled egg, cotija, pork chorizo, pico de gallo, and guajillo crema, tacos de champiñón with braised adobo mushroom, pico de gallo, black bean purée, molcajete salsa, and cotija, huevos rancheros with scrambled egg, queso fresco, crema, ranchera sauce, potato, and crispy corn tortilla, and more. dLeña to Honor Immigrant Contributions this Fourth of July Weekend - Friday, July 3 - Sunday, July 5
This Fourth of July weekend, dLeña will recognize the contributions of immigrants as an integral part of the hospitality industry and the broader American story. As part of its participation in the lead-up to America250, the restaurant will offer expanded brunch service to help create space for community gathering and reflection during the holiday weekend.
A portion of proceeds from brunch sales from Friday, July 3, through Sunday, July 5, will be donated to the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights. The organization engages in unwavering legal defense and strategic litigation for immigrants facing detention or deportation, regardless of background, so everyone has the right to be free, safe, and supported. Sip Mexican-Inspired Cocktails for the World Cup - Thursday, June 11 - Sunday, July 19
Throughout the World Cup this summer, visit the upstairs bar at dLeña and sub-level ROJA lounge downstairs to experience a limited-time cocktail program, celebrating Mexico’s three 2026 host cities: Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Mexico City.
The featured cocktails, available during happy hour from 5pm to 7pm, Monday through Sunday, highlight the culture, energy, nightlife, and flavors of each destination through a distinct perspective. The limited-time offerings include Monterrey After Dark ($10), a smoky mezcal margarita made with Del Maguey Puebla mezcal, agave, and lime, inspired by Monterrey’s late-night energy, live-fire traditions, and vibrant nightlife. Guadalajara Golden Hour ($10) features blanco tequila, mango, agave, and lime, capturing the bright, sunset glow and terrace culture of Guadalajara. Rounding out the lineup is Roma Norte Nights ($14), crafted with dLeña/ROJA Herradura double barrel reposado, espresso, vanilla, and orange. This bold cocktail is inspired by Mexico City’s Roma Norte neighborhood and its late-night bar and café scene.
dLeña and dLeña ROJA are located at 476 K Street NW, Suite D, Washington, DC 20001. Lunch service is offered Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm, while dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm and Friday to Saturday from 5pm to 11pm. Bottomless brunch is available dLeña on weekends from 10am to 3pm. Reservations are accepted up to 30 minutes before closing.
