Saval Foodservice Named “Allied Member of the Year” by Restaurant Association of Maryland

Industry Honor Complements Years of Service to the Restaurant Community

 

ELKRIDGE, MD [April 30, 2010] – Saval Foodservice was honored to be named the “Allied Member of the Year” by Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM) at the annual “Stars of the Industry” Awards gala, held on Monday, April 26 at Martin’s West in Baltimore. The black-tie event recognizes outstanding hospitality industry leaders and establishments in Maryland.   

The Allied Member of the Year award honors a distinctive individual on behalf of a supplier company that provides quality products, while surpassing the industry standards of service.  Representing Saval Foodservice at the gala was Bryan Bernstein, Corporate Chef for Saval. Bryan was recognized as an active member of RAM as well as a respected individual for his achievements within the industry. Bryan leads recipe development, menu planning, product presentations and reviews and works closely with Saval clients to create new menu items and develop profitable menu choices. Saval Foodservice was chosen by the industry from among four finalists nominated by the RAM Award Committee.
